We’re looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of our automated test suites. You’ll help drive quality throughout the CI/CD pipeline—reducing manual testing effort, catching regressions early, and helping us scale confidently.

This is a key role for someone with strong test automation experience, who understands both the value of solid coverage and how to embed quality into every stage of the engineering process.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
  • Identify opportunities to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort
  • Support performance and load testing where appropriate
  • Collaborate with QA and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years in QA, with a focus on automation
  • Strong experience with test automation frameworks
  • Experience with tools like Playwright, Ghost Inspector & Postman
  • Understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Recent manual testing experience is a bonus

BenefitsWhy Join Oak?
  • A meaningful role in a mission-led SaaS company with strong growth and product-market fit
  • The chance to work with household brands and solve real-world enterprise challenges
  • Flexible hybrid or remote working options
  • Private health insurance, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Gym contribution and travel allowance
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, and discretionary leave
  • Generous holiday policy (25 days + Bank Holidays + additional discretionary days)
  • Regular team socials and a positive, collaborative culture
