The position
As an Automation Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects across various job families, facilitating our expansion and growth. Additionally, you will be tasked with optimizing and developing processes, with a particular focus on automation and warehouse optimization.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting key decisions throughout the project, including milestones, and providing clear goals and purpose for the project team members
• Organizing project teams, assigning responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
• Creating effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, applying essential project management tools and methods
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, meeting scope, time, quality, and budget constraints

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

• An Academic degree within technical field combined with proven experience as a project manager, specializing in automation, material handling and warehouse facilities
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Danish is considered highly beneficial

On a personal level, you possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. You are also highly effective in communication and stakeholder management.
