As an Automation Manager, you are responsible for successfully leading the design, implementation, and support of the business and technology automation effort within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, analytical thinker with the ability to design complex workflows and couple technical solutioning with operational improvements.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the solutions designs for increasing the success metrics of the project 
  • Collaborate with internal line of business stakeholders to engineer technology enabled processes to drive operational efficiencies in our business 
  • Develop solutions that incorporate automation, custom development and business process 
  • Scope and estimate development efforts with application and product teams 
  • Support the product team in development of OKRs to measure success on initiatives 
  • Collaborate with product and application teams to develop scope, timelines and support the implementation of solutions 

What we look for: 

  • 5-7 years of process automation experience 
  • 5-7 years of application development experience 
  • Experience working with Kubernetes 
  • Agile/SCRUM experience 
  • Strong understanding of business processes and manage shifting priorities 
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment based on shifting customer priorities 
  • Experience and skill working with developers as well as the ability to ask the right questions to get accurate estimates and understand the scope of the projects 
  • Manage and support system integration testing, UAT, and production implementation 
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
