We’re looking for a hands-on Automation Infrastructure Technical Lead to lead the evolution of our test platforms across key lines of business. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building scalable frameworks, driving innovation with AI, and collaborating across teams to ensure product quality and speed of delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our existing JavaScript/Cucumber based test framework and drive its continuous improvement.
- Design and implement a cutting-edge WebUI testing framework using Playwright (TypeScript).
- Build scalable, gRPC-based API test solutions for complex integrations.
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance testing phases.
- Ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and support rapid, high-quality releases.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in test automation and infrastructure, including 2+ years in a technical lead role.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience building frameworks and writing automation scripts.
- Strong experience of test automation for both WebUI (Playwright) and API (gRPC).
- Experience developing and maintaining BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Experience with automated API testing (Postman, SuperTest, or similar tools).
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and scalable automation infrastructure.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.

- Proficient on AWS services for automation and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with AI-driven workflows for implementing quality vision.
- Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, or other project/test management tools.
