What You'll Do
Design and implement automated manufacturing systems (robotics, effectors, fixturing, PLCs, conveyors, and vision systems)
Identify automation opportunities and improve throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.
Own equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Software to connect live-streaming data to Argos (our OS for supply chain, quoting, pricing)
Who We're Looking For
Need:
You have designed, built, optimized, and troubleshot automated lines.
Experience with robotics integration and industrial automation systems.
Nice to have:
Experience in advanced manufacturing for aerospace or defense
Familiarity with industrial protocols and safety standards

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
