We are expanding our team and looking for an Automation Developer who can build smart automation solutions and enhance the efficiency of our internal processes. If you enjoy technical challenges and working with Python, data, and modern automation tools, you'll thrive in our dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your daily life:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web automation and scraping solutions using Playwright (Python).
• Own and further develop a Django-based application, including maintenance, feature development, and production support.
• Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation and ETL pipelines.
• Develop and support systems that communicate via RESTful APIs.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues across automation, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for automation and backend services.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain SQL stored procedures and views.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and developers on design, estimates, and priorities.
• Lead or contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions, documentation, and process improvements.
• Use tools such as Postman (or similar) to test, debug, and validate APIs.
• Participate in high-level technical design discussions and system improvements.

What you bring:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with web automation / scraping, preferably using Playwright (Selenium is a plus).
• Experience developing and maintaining Django applications.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design, integration, debugging).
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Experience writing automated tests (unit/integration).
• Familiarity with pandas and numpy.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging skills and a system-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of functional and object-oriented programming concepts.

Bonus skills:

• Experience with other scripting languages (C#, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to scheduling/orchestration tools (cron, Airflow, Windows Task Scheduler).
• Experience with Dify, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience working with monitoring or logging tools.
