As an Account Manager, you'll be the voice of the customer—working shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team to craft automation systems that make a lasting difference. What You Bring
- A humble, curious approach to solving problems and building partnerships
- 3+ years in custom automation, preferably with concepting or design/build experience
- Strong communication skills—whether it's a sketch on a napkin, a CAD model, or a conversation
- A technical foundation (engineering or machine design background is a plus)
- A self-starter mindset with follow-through, attention to detail, and customer-first thinking
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
