Nous recrutons au sein de notre équipe Support Après-vente (en CDI) :
AUTOMATICIEN
Au sein d’un binôme, vous serez en charge de la réponse aux demandes clients (zone monde) liées aux automates, supervision, voire programmes informatique industrielle de nos équipements et process.
Vos missions :
- Analyse du besoin clients (téléphone, mail)
- Dépannage à distance, modifications de programmes
- Suivi du sujet jusqu’à sa résolution : envoi de pièces, proposition d’une intervention technique…
- Collaboration avec nos bureaux d’étude automatisme et informatique industrielle (Siemens, Rockwell, WinDev)
- Participation à la vie du service : estimation des temps pour le chiffrage, suivi de la relation clients…
- Intégration dans la démarche d’amélioration continue de nos systèmes, en lien avec nos bureaux d'études et notre service R&D.
PROFIL
- Formation de type Bac+2 / Licence Professionnelle Automatisme (ou équivalent),
- Première expérience, apprentissage/alternance ou STAGES significatifs en programmation d’automates industriels (Siemens), OU modification de programmes.
- Anglais opérationnel
- Curiosité technique pour découvrir la partie informatique industrielle de nos process
- Très bonnes bases en informatique (Microsoft Office, ERP /CRM…)
- Plaisir de la relation et sens du service
Ce poste est rattaché à notre site de Rians avec proposition de télétravail un/ deux jours par semaine, une fois la période de formation réalisée.
