The AutoCAD Designer will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:- Create, revise, and maintain piping isometric drawings using AutoCAD.
- Interpret field sketches, redlines, engineering drawings, and client documentation.
- Ensure drawings accurately reflect existing field conditions and project requirements.
- Maintain drawing revisions and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and field personnel to resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Verify drawing accuracy and completeness prior to release.
- Organize electronic drawing files in accordance with company and client standards.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Follow all company safety policies and client site requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience creating piping isometric drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping layouts, and engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of industrial piping systems and drafting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
