Pay: Guaranteed minimum of $574 per week, with average weekly earnings of $1,000–$1,500 through hourly pay and commissions. Top performers can earn more than $100,000 annually.

• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

• Weekend availability may be needed based on business needs

• Assist customers with auto glass repair, replacement, and tint services

• Explain available services and help customers choose the right solution

• Schedule mobile service appointments

• Perform windshield chip repairs

• Learn the skills you need through paid, hands-on training

• A friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions

• Reliable transportation

• Willingness to follow the company dress code

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work outdoors for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

• $15.00/hour paid training

• Hourly pay plus uncapped commission potential
