Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking an Audit Support Analyst, contingent upon award of the associated work. This position will be based in Charleston, SC.

The Audit Support Analyst is responsible for accomplishing financial audit support tasks in support of internal and external stakeholders. This role oversees audit support activities including receiving, tasking, and managing audit requests; scheduling and participating in audit-related meetings; supporting audit site visits; developing and tracking corrective action plans (CAPs); and managing audit support metrics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, track, and manage audit requests (PBCs, FUQs, Samples, OBS, NFRs).
  • Build and manage tasks within the Government-provided SharePoint Audit Tracker.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of audit artifacts and coordinate corrections with stakeholders.
  • Develop, track, and report on Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
  • Support audit site visit planning, coordination, and reporting.
  • Produce weekly audit status reports and metrics for leadership.
  • Attend and support internal and external audit and compliance meetings.
  • Record and track meeting action items and maintain documentation repositories.
  • Support peer reviews of audit support documentation and policy.

Desired Experience: 

  • 3+ years working in IT-related fields.
  • 3+ years providing customer support in an IT field.
  • 1+ year working with DoD or Marine Corps Business Information Systems.
  • Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and Jira.
  • Ability to lead and support stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field OR Qualifying experience in lieu of degree.

Security Requirements:  

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
