An established Accounting and Audit firm in Nicosia are looking for an Audit Manager to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements
- Provide audit and industry advice to a variety of clients
- Oversee and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans in compliance with relevant standards.
- Assess and mitigate audit risks, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial statements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver clear audit reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated on audit and accounting regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
- University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or a related field
- ACA/ACCA qualification
- 10 years of working experience in an audit firm – Minimum 5 years as qualified
- Good knowledge of IFRS and ISA
- Knowledge of CaseWare Suite
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent command of English and Greek language
- Any other language will be considered an advantage
- Strong Organizational and communication skills
