The Role

From this data, Bombora derives actionable insights that make it possible for brands, agencies, and publishers to identify, understand, and identify their prospects and customers, throughout the buyer and user experience, across the activation platforms of choice.

As a member of the larger Audience Solutions team, you are among the first to engage with clients and prospects looking to use our audience data to reach the companies and people they care about, through primarily paid-media initiatives. You offer helpful guidance in achieving campaign objectives, and work collaboratively with both clients and team members to maximize value for all stakeholders. In this role, expect to work directly with industry-leading Fortune 500 companies and top 50 advertising agencies, from around the world.

You will… 

  • Serve as first point of contact for customer data requests via our service desk
  • Facilitate delivery of custom data deliverables to ad-buying platforms 
  • Assist clients in devising creative and effective targeting strategies at the pre-sales stage 
  • Utilize internal analytics tools and techniques to develop meaningful audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and intent data. Employ data visualization tools to present findings effectively
  • Support customer growth through email correspondence, client calls, demos, and troubleshooting consultation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and translate them into targeted audience recommendations. Identify opportunities for audience expansion and optimization, ensuring campaigns reach the desired target audience

You are…

  • Currently pursuing final year in Bachelor’s degree from 4-year University
  • Customer service oriented; responsiveness to inbound requests is critical  
  • Passionate about data
  • A clear communicator. Methodical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to successfully operate autonomously, and as a member of a team, to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Bonus points for….

  • Interest in the digital advertising ecosystem including ad serving, Demand Side Platform and Data Management Platform technologies. (The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Social Channels, etc.)

Compensation Package

  • The hourly range for this position is $20.00 working 20 - 30 hours per week. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
