As an Audience Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic team that provides audience recommendation and audience distribution services to Bombora customers including Fortune 500 companies and major advertising agencies and platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include helping to develop and execute strategies to distribute targeted audiences across various advertising channels and platforms, ensuring campaigns reach their desired destinations and client deadlines are met. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights and both internal and external tools to develop actionable audience strategy recommendations.
You will:
- Facilitate delivery of custom data deliverables to ad-buying platforms. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in audience distribution.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer data requests via our service desk
- Assist clients in devising creative and effective targeting strategies at the pre-sales stage. Utilize internal analytics tools and techniques to develop meaningful audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and intent data. Employ data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and translate them into targeted audience recommendations. Identify opportunities for audience expansion and optimization, ensuring campaigns reach the desired target audience.
- At times collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to further develop and improve Bombora’s Audience Solutions and Measurement products.
- Support customer growth through client calls, demos, and troubleshooting consultation.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree from 4-year university, or equivalent experience preferred
- Customer service oriented; responsiveness to inbound requests is critical
- Methodical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to successfully operate autonomously, and as a member of a team, to
- complete tasks in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 base with potential for a $10,000 variable. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
