Key Responsibilities:
Product Portfolio Strategy & Vision - Portfolio Oversight:
- Managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic data-driven insights.
- Leading the AUM team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Overseeing financial performance, including budgeting and ensuring profitability.
- Utilizing demographic profiles, media consumption data, and product and brand usage information to generate insightful reports.
- Informing and shaping media and marketing strategies based on data insights.
- Overseeing the BrandPuls product lifecycle, from data collection coordination to report design and delivery. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, client-facing skills, and commercial acumen to drive the growth and success of BrandPuls.
- Overseeing MediaPulse and DotMetrics product lifecycles, from data collection coordination to report design and delivery. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, client-facing skills, and commercial acumen to drive the growth and success of the Brandpuls and MediaPuls services.
- New Product Development (NPD): Lead the end-to-end process of identifying, packaging, and monetizing new data-driven products to expand our market footprint.
Product Leadership & Operations
The Audience Measurement Service Line encompasses multiple services such as:
- Brand: BrandPuls measures brand strength based on marketing performance indicators like brand awareness, experience, usage, and loyalty, allowing for the comparison of a large number of brands across different product categories (FMCG and non-FMCG).
- Digital: Insights into internet/mobile/web apps and digital viewing (DotMetrics).
- Listening: Audience data on audio/radio (MediaPuls).
- Cross-media: Analysis across multiple media platforms.
- AdEx: Competitive intelligence on advertising expenditure.
About you:
This role requires a passionate business leader and experienced media professional.
We are seeking someone with:
- Experience in product management, brand management, or a similar role within the market research or media industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and a strong commercial mindset.
- Familiarity with syndicated survey data and market research methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Expertise in Syndicated Data: Required experience in media/advertising and a mastery of how syndicated datasets are utilized by the industry.
- Commercial & Financial Acumen: an understanding of business drivers, financial concepts, and the ability to capitalize on commercial opportunities in a global market.
