- Partner with leaders to deeply understand culture, needs, and how to attract the right people.
- Track, analyze, and optimize our hiring funnel.
What you need:
- Solid full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior-level roles.
- Strong online sourcing skills using global tools and platforms.
- Data-driven mindset — using metrics to make things better, not just report them.
- Hands-on experience using AI (ChatGPT, automations, etc.) to speed up and improve recruiting.
- Move fast, adapt faster.
- Fluent English.
- Fluent Portuguese
- Killer communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and zero attachment to “how it’s always been done.”
