Job DescriptionSuccessful Midwestern law firm is seeking an Attorney to handle defending and litgating general liability and workers’ compensation claims in our St. Louis, Missouri office.
Job functions include litigating workers’ compensation cases through all phases on behalf of employers and insurers, management of individual caseload, drafting pleadings and conducting legal research as needed, negotiations for settlement, and attending hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, arbitrations and other proceedings.
QualificationsQualifications
- J.D. and license in Illinois or Missouri.
- Experience defending workers’ compensation and general liability claims.
