Description:
• Comprehensive document review for business integrity and vendor responsibility
• Prior experience with NYC Procurement/Contracting- Vendor Name Checks (VNC) responsibility determinations and MOCS Passport system (highly desired)
• Brief/Summarize all issues contained in the VNC memo
• Communicate with vendors to request timely/appropriate response to VNC issues
• Legal Research & Writing
• The selected consultant is required to maintain confidentiality regarding all work performed for client.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Admission to the NYS Bar
• One year of satisfactory US legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar.
