Compensation
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our firm as an Equity Partner. This opportunity is designed for high-performing lawyers with an established, portable book of business who are looking for greater autonomy, upside participation, and a long-term growth platform.
Our firm is in an aggressive growth phase with a clear path toward becoming a large-scale national practice. We move quickly, value business generation, and reward performance.
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business
- Originate new client relationships and expand current matters
- Lead client engagements from intake through resolution
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor associates and contribute to team development (as desired)
- Work cross-functionally with other practice groups to maximize client value
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in Texas
- Portable book of business of $500K+ (minimum)
- Strong track record of client origination and relationship management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to scale a practice
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
- Highly competitive equity partnership structure
- Typical model includes:
- ~40% on work performed
- 20–30% origination credit
- Quarterly profit distributions
- No cap on earnings
- Low overhead model designed to maximize partner take-home income
- Optional support for business development, recruiting, and marketing

Skills Required
