As an AT&T Account Representative, you'll engage directly with customers, converting product inquiries into successful sales. Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Representative:

  • Follow up with potential customers to address product inquiries and drive sales.
  • Educate consumers on promotions, sales opportunities, and the many benefits of AT&T products and services.
  • Master the art of negotiation, handling customer objections and closing sales effectively.
  • Contribute to consumer retention, brand expansion, and overall profitability.
  • Maintain detailed records of new consumer accounts and acquisitions.
  • Adhere to daily schedules and meet sales production goals.
  • Collaborate with team members and engage with customers in a positive, solution-oriented manner.

We’re Looking for AT&T Account Representatives Who:

  • Have a solid background in client relations, sales, or similar roles (preferred but not required).
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude and love working with customers.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
  • Present themselves professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Can easily engage in conversations with both clients in-office and consumers directly.
  • Have confidence in closing sales and upselling products.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Are self-motivated, driven, and have a strong work ethic to succeed.
