Your Tasks:

• Agile Project Leadership: Champion the definition, planning, and oversight of projects, bringing the Agile methodology to life in Greece and beyond. Shape the future of project management.
• Customization Mastery: Showcase your expertise in solution customization and parametrization, adding a unique touch to each project with Atlassian tools.
• Client Collaboration: Act as the conduit between innovative solutions and a diverse clientele. Provide post-implementation support with the seamless communication expected from an Atlassian expert.

Your Knowledge & Skills:

• University Degree, preferably in IT or Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in implementing and managing IT projects, with a preference for CRM, BPM, or ERP solutions.
• Ability to understand requirements analysis, business analysis, and process improvement
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence, is a plus
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is highly appreciated.
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service desk practices.
