Join AIS as a Senior Enterprise Atlassian Engineer, supporting enterprise-level Jira and Confluence administration for a high-visibility national security mission. This hands-on role is critical to modernizing and scaling collaboration platforms across multi-enclave environments. You’ll partner with mission, security, IT, and operations teams to deliver resilient, secure, and high-performing Atlassian solutions that drive federal public safety and national security objectives
Key Responsibilities- Administer and scale Jira, Confluence, JSM, and Crowd for daily enterprise operations.
- Triage and resolve support tickets—from access requests to advanced configuration changes.
- Improve workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, templates, and permission models.
- Manage marketplace apps, including installs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
- Oversee access and identity via Crowd, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO integrations.
- Run platform operations: upgrades, patches, deployments, backups, logging, and monitoring.
- Support compliance needs, including ATO documentation, audits, and configuration baselines.
- Active Top Secret clearance
