Responsibilities:

  • Develop, debug, and release production ATE test programs for semiconductor devices.

  • Own tester setup, bring-up, and bench-to-ATE correlation.

  • Support production ramp, including test coverage, yield, throughput, and test cost optimization.

  • Lead test program transfer and correlation with OSATs, including code release, data review, guardbanding, and production readiness.

  • Collaborate with design, validation, product, and operations teams on silicon debug, testability, and yield excursions.

  • Develop SoC-level test content, including BIST, embedded memory, custom IP, and protocol interfaces such as JTAG, SPI, and I2C.

  • Support tester infrastructure, load board/DIB readiness, and handler/prober integration.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with production ATE test development and high-volume manufacturing.

  • Experience supporting production ramp, yield improvement, test time reduction, and cost optimization.

  • Strong experience with SoC testing, including JTAG, SPI, I2C, BIST, embedded memory, and custom IP.

  • Experience working with OSATs or test vendors on test code transfer, correlation, qualification, and production release.

  • Solid understanding of ATE hardware, load boards, DIBs, handlers/probers, timing, levels, binning, and datalogging.

  • Experience with Teradyne, Advantest, or other production ATE platforms; UltraFLEX / UltraFLEXplus experience is a strong plus.

  • Strong debug, ownership, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • IG-XL experience.

  • Multi-site optimization and test time reduction.

  • Yield analysis, data mining, and production excursion debug.

  • Experience across the full NPI-to-MP lifecycle.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $250,000
