Looking for experienced, sales-oriented astrologers who can conduct phone/video consultations and convert user consultations into devotional e-commerce purchases (stones, rudraksha, yantra, etc.) and puja bookings on the Sri Mandir platform.
Ideal Candidate Persona
1️⃣ Experience & Expertise3–5 years of practical astrology experience
Strong in Kundli reading, remedies
Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred)
Can confidently recommend remedies and close sales
Comfortable converting:
Online Puja bookings
Gemstones / Rudraksha / Yantras
Comfortable using smartphone - Able to read user details (DOB, Gotra, etc.) digitally
Can join and conduct Google Meet consultations
Fixed Monthly Retainer (Consultant model) - Rs. 15000
Variable Pay linked to
Puja bookings - 20% rev share
E-commerce product sales - 10% rev share
Should spend 6 hours of time during the office hours
Effectively sell e-commerce and puja bookings with decent conversion rate
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of practical astrology experience
- Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English preferred)
- Comfortable using smartphone and Google Meet
- Ability to close sales and recommend remedies
