We’re seeking an experienced Associate Director, Marketing Content to lead content strategy and execution for IQVIA Digital. This role drives awareness and demand for the brand and solutions through compelling, data-driven content that aligns with business goals and engages target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development

  • Define and execute a content strategy that builds awareness and demand for IQVIA Digital solutions.
  • Showcase data and platform capabilities through insights, surveys, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing to align content with growth goals and sales enablement.
  • Oversee content creation, editing, optimization, and publishing across channels (social, email, blogs, third-party).
  • Monitor performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Brand Messaging & Alignment

  • Maintain consistent messaging across all channels and assets.
  • Develop and evolve brand messaging frameworks in collaboration with Leadership and Commercial Strategy teams.
  • Lead approval of brand assets and deliver internal brand training as needed.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage internal and external resources for content creation and promotion.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Commercial Strategy to align efforts with organizational goals.

Strategic Industry & Media Relations

  • Establish a media relationship strategy and manage media relations vendor.
  • Work with stakeholders to create relevant storylines to pitch to media outlets.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities with partners and develop joint thought leadership assets.

Requirements:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant marketing experience from within the healthcare, life sciences, life sciences technology, and/or media industries.
  • Proven expertise in content strategy and brand messaging.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Location: U.S. Remote.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,800.00 - $244,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
