Job Duties: Develop project objectives with measurable goals and communicate plans and results to stakeholders. Conduct current state analysis and contribute to future state design. Simplify complex topics and propose innovative solutions. Advise business partners on workflow improvements and technology optimization. Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineers on execution and prioritization. Maintain strong relationships across the firm to navigate the global organization effectively. Manage communications across stakeholder levels. Stay informed on global finance and technology trends impacting BlackRock.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Analyst, Financial Advisor or a related role. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as an Associate, Analyst, Financial Advisor or a related role. Must have one (1) year of experience with: Experience with Investment management platforms (Aladdin and Charles River) functions including IMS modules – trading workflows, portfolio compliance, portfolio construction, and investment management; Financial markets and instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternatives) and how these combine to create tailored, risk-adjusted portfolios; Global financial regulations (MiFID, SFDR, GDPR) and their impact on portfolio construction, operational processes, and trading; Automating business processes using Excel, Python, and SQL; Data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI and Tableau) for building interactive dashboards and insights; Documenting business processes using tools (Visio) for clarity and stakeholder alignment; and Manipulating, analyzing, cleaning, and visualization of large datasets.
Salary: $121,000 – 127,500
