Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Mentor & Value Partner Desks and serve as the key point of contact.
Understand startup requirements and connect them with relevant mentors, partners, benefits, and resources.
Onboard and manage relationships with mentors and value partners.
Coordinate mentor sessions, office hours, webinars, workshops, and ecosystem engagements.
Build and maintain Outpost as a central resource platform for startups.
Track engagement, utilization, feedback, and success stories.
Identify ecosystem gaps and opportunities to improve the startup and partner experience.
Skills Required
- Graduate degree
- Approximately 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience in partnerships, stakeholder management, client management, startup engagement, or event/program management
- Exposure to B2B product companies, startups, incubators, accelerators, or innovation ecosystems
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders
