Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Support Voice related project delivery and daily operation
2. Ensure the Voice infrastructure align with DBS policy and regulator requirement.
3. Maintains Voice system performance and availability
4. Secures Voice system by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation
5. Upgrades Voice by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements
