What You Will Be Doing:
Client Management
- Owns client relationships and serves as the day-to-day lead across multiple small accounts or large workstreams.
- Manages timelines and deliverables for multiple clients with minimal oversight, proactively addresses issues, and builds trusted client partnerships.
Paid Advertising Specific
- Media Strategy & Planning: Leads strategic development of integrated paid media plans across multiple clients. Translates business goals and audience insights into high-impact channel strategies. Oversees platform selection, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks to ensure performance and ROI. Mentors team and drives innovation in paid media tactics.
- Direct Response Campaign Development: Designs and executes high-performing fundraising campaigns across digital channels with focus on donor acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Campaign Execution & Finance Operations: Oversees junior staff in campaign execution while also being able to jump in and directly launch and optimize campaigns as needed. Brings a proactive, strategic mindset to campaigns from launches to mid stream optimizations to wrap. Manages finance ops process.
- Reporting & Insights: Guides junior staff in creating strong client reporting and adds strategic insights. Clearly communicates complex nuance and in depth media plans to the client.
Strategy
- Oversees development of clear, strategic, and persuasive content across projects. Provides guidance and editorial oversight, elevating team outputs through thoughtful feedback and mentorship.
- Leverages tools and sources to generate insights that shape strategy, applying seasoned judgment rooted in client and stakeholder priorities. Ensures deliverables drive long-term goals.
- Anticipates gaps or misalignments before they arise, guides teams to course-correct, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
- 8+ years of agency experience working in paid media programming, strategy and management.
- Ability to manage many different projects at once.
- Proven track record in lower funnel, direct response advertising and fundraising campaigns.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, energetic, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience managing and guiding junior talent.
- Ability to work with colleagues across the agency.

The salary range for this role is $105,000-130,000.
We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of working days per month.
