operations, and enforcing technical compliance—while actively driving day-to-day execution across general

ledger operations, financial closes, technical GAAP accounting, external audits, and tax compliance.

This role requires a "working executive" mindset: a leader who can design scalable accounting strategies

for a growing enterprise, but who also rolls up their sleeves to steer close bottlenecks, process

  • Partner with Revenue Cycle Management leadership to ensure accurate revenue recognition frameworks, contractual allowance modeling, bad debt reserve calculations, and clinical cash posting reconciliations.
  • Establish clinical cost allocation strategies while directly overseeing physician compensation accounting, provider productivity tracking, and site-level expense control.
  • Design, implement, and enforce a rigorous enterprise-wide internal control framework to safeguard corporate assets and ensure financial reporting integrity.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and reserve management across multi- entity corporate structures.
  • Direct tax planning, compliance, and timely filings across all federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
  • Lead the optimization and administration of enterprise accounting technology and financial BI platforms to eliminate manual processes and accelerate close cycles
  • Guide financial decision-making by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal accounting policies and operating procedures.
  • Manage relationships with commercial lenders, banks, and capital partners, ensuring strict adherenceto loan covenants and debt reporting requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic business plans aligned with overarching company goals.
  • Oversee financial audits, serving as the primary liaison and recommending procedural improvements to enhance operational controls.
