Für unser Value and Risk Advisory Team bundesweit suchen wir Dich als

Das erwartet Dich

• Durchführung und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsprojekte für Immobilien und Portfolios

• Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss

• Management von Ressourcen, Budgets, Risiken und Prozessen

• Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA)

• Erstellung von Wertgutachten und Marktanalysen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem VRA-Produktteam zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Daten

• Identifizierung von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten im Sinne von OneJLL

Was Du mitbringen solltest

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen o.ä.)

• 3-5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung

• Vertiefte Expertise im europäischen Wohnimmobilienmarkt

• Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Geschäftsproblemen und zur Empfehlung von Best Practices

• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams oder Projekten

• Sehr gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse

• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung
