The Associate User Experience (UX) Designer is part of the Availity Design and Experience Team. You will design user-centered, visually compelling experiences that improve the usability and effectiveness of Availity’s products while supporting business goals. Partnering with User Research, you will translate insights into thoughtful, high‑quality solutions and independently create deliverables ranging from wireframes to polished visual designs, interactive prototypes, user flows, and reusable design system patterns.

To be qualified for this role, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, New Media, Interactive Digital Media or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Over two years of experience designing digital products, with demonstrated strength in visual design and UX processes.

- Experience with behavioral analytics (such as Google Analytics or Pendo) is a plus.
- Experience writing, recruiting, and conducting usability studies, analyzing and synthesizing results to present to stakeholders is a plus.
- Experience within the healthcare technology space is a plus.
