Associate Translations Manager, eCOA

Location: Spain, Home based

Job Overview

The Associate eCOA Translation Manager will join a collaborative and dedicated global team that provides quality eCOA services to our clients. Our team works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, translation vendors, and clinical experts to support clinical trials. The Associate eCOA Translation Manager will provide support to the project team around the translation implementation of clinical outcomes assessments (including validated COA/eCOA instruments).
Essential Functions

  • Works with cross-functional teams to document requirements and translation agreements related to clinical outcomes assessments (COAs/eCOAs).
  • Supports RFPs, quotation analysis, and act as the internal point of contact for the translation / linguistic validation process related to clinical outcomes assessments (COAs/eCOAs).
  • Supports Translation Lead with the execution of licenses and translation agreements.
  • Coordinates the translation / linguistic validation processes with translation agencies including, processes, discussions on eCOA design, system functionalities, project timelines and screenshots reviews & author approval processes.
  • Supports project teams key milestone achievements on decentralized and digitally enabled trials while managing issues and obstacles related to instrument translation.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders and the organization's project teams to resolve issues.
  • Supports the management of the organization's COA/eCOA library and related trackers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in translation management/project management + eCOA (is considered a plus)
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
