Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with 2-4 years of experience in transactional advisory, particularly in capital market transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI Regulations, ICDR, LODR, Buyback Regulations, stock exchange compliance requirements (NSE, BSE), disclosure obligations under SEBI and listing agreements and other applicable corporate and securities laws for listed entities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to draft, review and explain complex legal concepts effectively.
- Practical expertise in transactional and contractual terminology, along with familiarity with due diligence practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively effectively within multidisciplinary teams and meet project deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying knowledge of emerging legal and regulatory trends in the capital market sector.
