Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate - Talent Enablement to support Workday operations and HR system processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day Workday activities, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting business process transactions, and ensuring smooth execution of HR system workflows.

The ideal candidate will work closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to resolve system-related requests, maintain data accuracy, and continuously improve operational processes within Workday. This role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to manage confidential employee information effectively.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily Workday operations, including employee data maintenance, business process transactions, and system-related requests.

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions within Workday, including hires, transfers, promotions, job changes, and employee record updates.

  • Manage Workday business process activities, including initiating, monitoring, reassigning, delegating, and resolving workflow tasks.

  • Support business process troubleshooting by reviewing failed, pending, or sent-back transactions and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Assist with Workday account activation, user access requests, and employee profile updates.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across Workday and related HR systems.

  • Perform regular audits of employee data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.

  • Assist with Workday testing during system updates, enhancements, and process changes.

  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures related to Workday activities.

  • Support HR teams and managers with Workday-related questions and provide timely assistance for system requests.

  • Generate Workday reports and assist with data analysis to support HR operations and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0-1 year of experience in HR operations or related roles.

  • MS Office skills.

  • Verbal and Written communication skills, with the ability to engage and support employees effectively.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with supervision; eager to learn effective time management techniques.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
