Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us attract and hire top talent to drive our growth and success. You will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, source candidates, and support the hiring process from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow their career in talent acquisition, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is excited about the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and social media.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Passion for the tech industry and enthusiasm for connecting great talent with great opportunities.
