Overview of the job
At Sertis, people are at the heart of everything we do. As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll help us grow our teams by finding and connecting with great talent. You will support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for everyone involved.
In this role, you will get to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies; be a subject-matter expert to give hiring advice to hiring managers.
- Source and attract top-tier talents through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Participate and be initiative in any PeopleOps team related projects such as job fairs, internship program, onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement, etc.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
You'll be successful if you have:
- Fresh grad who has strong interest in recruitment work OR 1 year of experience in recruitment, customer service, or consultant.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to exercise sound judgment; capable of interacting with business units/hiring managers to recommend hiring advice
- Strong English proficiency, both written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- High motivation to learn new things all the time, be ready to tackle new challenges.
