AMG/Cloud Reliability is a 24/7 function managing observability and being first line of technical support for Notified production infrastructure and applications. This function is critical to the organization as its responsible for high reliability of the Infrastructure and Applications.
Essential Duties:
Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- 24/7 Monitoring and troubleshooting Application and Infrastructure issues (Incident Tracking and Resolution).
- Support model (3 shifts/Day model - 6 am-3 pm IST, 1 pm-10 pm IST, 9 pm-6 am IST) with shifts currently scheduled for 5 days per week.
- Develop, collect, maintain, and distribute key technology metrics for reliability and performance.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, contributing to Application Release, establishing monitoring and supporting Infrastructure build-out in the Cloud.
- Manage and maintain Support and Observability tool sets.
- Act as a liaison to the technical, functional and business stakeholder, facilitating communication between Development, QA, Product Management, Technical Operations, and Segment business leaders.
- Develop, facilitate, and maintain best-of-breed product support tools, including run books, monitoring, and knowledge bases.
- Automation of tasks using Python, Terraform and Powershell etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Freshers with Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Industry relevant technology certifications are highly desired but not mandatory.
NOTE: This role will be based out of The Leela Office located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
