As a Associate in Strategic Data Analytics within CCOR, you will help design, build, and enhance automation solutions, analytics processes, and technology-enabled solutions that support data movement, inventory management, control monitoring, and operational decision-making across multiple compliance spaces. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented, and technically capable professional who can analyze complex operational and technical problems, translate business needs into practical solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
You will work closely with compliance, technology, product, and business partners to identify workflow inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and data-driven improvements. The role requires the ability to manage shifting priorities, adapt quickly to evolving regulatory and technology requirements, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and take ownership of deliverables. Job Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze and drive resolution of complex operational and technical problems across workflows, applying structured analytical thinking to develop practical, scalable solutions with limited oversight.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, compliance, operations, technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous issues and develop practical solutions independently.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a track record of self-directed learning, proactively staying current with emerging technologies and applying new knowledge to improve outcomes.
