The ideal candidate must demonstrate how Coupa’s platform provides unique business value to address the needs of our prospects and clients. They should have a functional understanding of our product, with the ability to discuss, discover, prepare, and demonstrate business process flows in Coupa across Source to Pay and P2P flows. Strong presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly establish rapport with C-Level executives and decision makers. Being a team player who shares best practices across the organization is important, as is facilitating a positive team attitude, culture, outlook, and work ethic. The candidate should also provide input on sales strategy for opportunities within the SC team and with other sales team members, display initiative and self-motivation, and promote these qualities across the SC and VC teams. Finally, they must ensure compliance with all company policies and operate as a role model with a high degree of professional integrity.

What you will do:

  • Supporting North America Corporate Sales Teams:
  • New Business Led Demos remotely: P2P, Expenses, Invoicing and other modules
  • Add-on Led Product demos: Analytics, CLMS, Sourcing, Contracts and Inventory
  • Deliver Vision Lock “Re-demos” and account saves. This often includes “Art of the Possible” demos and meetings.
  • Support partner/reseller onboarding and demo setup, config and demos as needed
  • Assist with Core SC Demo Instance on setup and configurations

  • Provide Support for Growth and New Business Opportunities:
  • Assist with core SC demo instance branding, including dashboard configuration, announcements, buying policies, approval flows, and order lists setup.
  • Manage core SC demo invoice ingestion, including InvoiceSmash template inputs and typical exceptions such as utility invoices and multi-page invoices.
  • Create demo recordings for digital catalogs, pre-demo/post-demo materials for the Consensus tool, and work with the Digital team to create and update assets.
  • Develop and update a centralized customer story matrix, conducting interviews with various stakeholders to create relevant stories.
  • Collect and consolidate product gaps in Vivun, preparing for PM meetings.
  • Create and publish synergistic demos of partner integrations, showcasing process flows between Coupa and partner solutions.
  • Support enablement requests for ADRs on BSM101 and other topics, and assist in developing RFP responses for the Loopio RFP tool.

What you will bring to Coupa:

  • 2+ years experience in a solutioning/presales role with a track record of knowledge in spend management solution sales and/or implementation as a business consultant
  • Very strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to contribute to a strong team dynamic and work well with others
  • High attention to detail with an analytical mindset
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment
  • This position will be located in the Bogota office and will deliver discoveries and demonstrations via web tool (Zoom or other). Travel may be required ( 25%)
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent is required
