Overview: This Associate Software Engineer position is responsible for consulting with peers for guidance working at a moderate level on non-complex project based work for creating, testing, ensuring the quality of and maintaining a module or aspect of a product. The Associate Software Engineer will perform noncomplex code modification, testing, and debugging tasks under the minimally guided supervision of senior team members and management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to write high quality, testable code that meets the Definition of Done with direct supervision and step by step guidance from team members:
- Strive to meet team sprint commitments;
- Participate in design and code reviews with other engineers;
- May develop and utilize automated and Custom manual scripts to perform duties;
- Develop ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed for specific department strategies;
- Completes miscellaneous assignments as assigned;
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and end-users throughout the development life-cycle in the creation or enhancement of software applications and interfaces;
- Support, maintain and document software functionality
- DevOps focus; Create and maintain automation scripts to increase system efficiency and lower administrative level of effort;
- Responsible for Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, performance analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis, and disaster recovery planning
- Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and
- Maintain compliance with ComplexCare Solution’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within ComplexCare Solution’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by ComplexCare Solutions for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of related professional experience, prior software engineering experience preferred;
- Experience in Ticketing Systems (Zendesk, Service now)
- Experience on various Azure services like Compute (Web Roles, Worker Roles), Azure Websites, Caching, SQL Azure, NoSQL, Storage, Network services, Azure Active Directory, API Management, Scheduling, Auto Scaling, and Power Shell Automation
- Demonstrates high personal integrity and ability to earn trust from others;

- Builds Secure applications and adheres to security standards;

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent or equivalent experience in Technology.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
- Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
- Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
Base Compensation Range
$63,100—$94,700 USD
