Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
  • Build scalable APIs, backend services, and reusable application components
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces that support business and operational needs
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Integrate AI-enabled features and automation capabilities into enterprise applications where applicable
  • Participate in application modernization, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support application stability and reliability
  • Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools

  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack application development
  • 2 years of experience building web applications, RESTful APIs, and scalable backend services using Java and Spring boot with an understanding of secure coding practices, application monitoring, and performance optimization
  • 2 years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases, API integration, and software development best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, with Azure proficiency preferred; AWS or GCP experience accepted as alternatives
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in agile development teams
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset
  • AI/ML certifications
  • Azure certifications are preferred; AWS or GCP certifications are also valued
  • Experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, and modern frontend frameworks including React
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or financial services domains
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments
  • Exposure to enterprise application modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and productivity practices
  • Proven track record of AI usage to drive up productivity and familiarity with AI-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with AI-first development approaches and integrating AI-enabled capabilities into applications

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
