Job Summary
We are looking for a software engineer (Integration) who can work in the development and maintenance application field. Team is responsible for gateway (Kong) setting up including consult, design, deployment, and support.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify API technical and functional system needs and determine priority of needs
- Responsible for consulting software engineer or solution architecture to design gateway that align with user needs
- Revisit the development process to fix bugs or address client or consumer concerns
- Analyze the needs of end users and implement solutions that meet them
- Develop and Deploy gateway plug-in that support customer requirement
- Ensure continued functionality of a Kong gateway in the system
- Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
Background/ Experiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of computer science, computer engineer, or a relevant field
- At 0 - 2 years’ experience in applications development, building a services platform or integration development (New Grads are welcome)
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, React Native or Node JS
Knowledge & Skills
- Agile environment experience with good communication and collaboration skills
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Experience with software design and architecture
- Strong problem analysis, analytic & systematic thinking, good human relations, mature and good interpersonal skills
