About the role
The Senior Associate – Corporate Volunteering is responsible for managing assigned corporate volunteering accounts and building strong, long-term partner relationships. The role involves understanding partner objectives, recommending relevant volunteering opportunities, planning and coordinating employee volunteering programs, and ensuring a positive partner and volunteer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Account Management
- Manage assigned corporate volunteering accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day engagement.
- Conduct regular outreach with partners to plan quarterly and monthly volunteering calendars.
- Coordinate with partners to identify and schedule suitable volunteering initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships to drive repeat participation and long-term engagement.
- Track partner satisfaction, gather feedback through NPS and other mechanisms, and coordinate actions to improve the partner experience.
2. Partner Engagement & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities to introduce partners to relevant volunteering programs and initiatives across Bhumi.
- Promote new engagement opportunities aligned with partner interests and objectives.
- Support increased partner participation across multiple volunteering formats and programs.
3. Internal Coordination & Process Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for upcoming volunteering initiatives.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned on program timelines, requirements, and responsibilities.
- Monitor adherence to internal processes and follow up on pending action items.
- Escalate risks or delays that may impact partner commitments.
4. Reporting & Operational Follow-up
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely submission of event reports, impact reports, and partner communications.
- Maintain accurate account trackers, engagement records, and documentation.
- Track key account metrics, including participation, engagement, and reporting status
Educational Qualification/Experience
- Educational Degree : Bachelors in any relevant field
- Relevant Experience(in years) : 2-3 years
Knowledge & Skill sets required
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of corporate volunteering, CSR or employee engagement programs.
- Strong coordination and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proactive and collaborative approach.
