Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Self-Serve Platform Growth Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving merchant success, developing and executing product go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and maintaining operational excellence. The role will collaborate extensively across Grab, including with regional and country level stakeholders, particularly with members of the Demand and Ads team, Country Commercial, Marketing, Insights and Marketplace Strategy, Grab Support, and Merchant Engagement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Merchant Empowerment and Collaboration: Foster merchant success through driving the adoption of self-serve marketing products and collaborating with various teams (product, marketing, strategy, commercial, operations) to support a growing merchant-marketer base.
2. Product Expertise and Insights: Act as a subject matter expert on the Self Serve Marketing platform, providing insights for product enhancement and development. Bridge the gap between local merchant-facing teams and regional teams. Gather and utilize feedback from merchant partners, sales/account management teams, and other country-level stakeholders to refine and optimize the execution plan.
3. Data Analysis and Growth Strategy: Monitor and analyze platform performance, merchant feedback, and market trends to develop comprehensive growth strategies. Designs appropriate program and create innovative solutions for merchants, aligning these with BAU activities to boost adoption and retention of our self-serve marketing products through Seller Care team
4. Product GTM Planning and Execution: Drive the delivery of initiatives in the GTM Country Plan by developing value propositions, communication strategies, and education programs for internal and external stakeholders. Manage and monitor end-to-end GTM processes while demonstrating relationship management capabilities. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of GTM approach, milestones, risks, and blockers. Coach stakeholders throughout the GTM journey, ensuring customer-centricity and clarity in all GTM initiatives.
5. Operational Excellence: Maintain operational excellence in the day-to-day business progress, inspiring the team to innovate and collaborate.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in management consulting, eCommerce, or tech start-ups, preferably with a focus on Merchant Growth & Engagement, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication.

Advanced English communication skills.

Proven project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and visualization. Confidence in analyzing complex data sets and using data analysis using tools like Excel, PowerBI, etc.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels to build trusted relationship and can work collaboratively with cross-functions to drive operational success and financial results

A quantitative mindset with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights. Detail-oriented with experience in analyzing strategic issues related to long-term business growth.

Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of multiple tasks or experiments.

Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
