In this lab-based role, you will perform routine in vitro ADME assays and sample analyses to support drug development studies. You will work under the guidance of experienced scientists, following established methods and documentation standards to generate high-quality, reliable data.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute routine in vitro ADME assays (such as simple CYP and other plate-based assays) using strong pipetting and sample preparation techniques

  • Follow established SOPs, training, and study protocols to ensure high-quality, reproducible results

  • Document all laboratory activities, observations, and results accurately and in a timely manner

  • Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions, and maintain laboratory stocks to support ongoing studies

  • Operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on laboratory instruments and equipment

  • Support data analysis, basic calculations, and preparation of results for review and upload into LIMS under guidance from senior staff

  • Collaborate with the lab team to identify and support process improvements that enhance data quality or efficiency

  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and 6S practices to maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field, plus 1–2 years of recent, hands-on bench laboratory experience, preferably in an industry or research setting.

  • Experience performing routine wet-lab techniques, including accurate pipetting, sample handling, and preparation

  • Exposure to in vitro ADME, DMPK, or related biochemical/cellular assays in a laboratory environment

  • Ability to follow and execute established analytical methods and SOPs, with basic instrument operation and maintenance

  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

  • Clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative lab team environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $43,000.00 - $89,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
