Job Summary:
As a Product Associate in the Salesforce team at JP Morgan Personal Investing, you will contribute to the team by applying your product development skills to deliver impactful solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, using user research and stakeholder feedback to fuel innovation and continuous improvement. Your role will help shape the future of our platform and support ongoing success for our internal customers. You will be empowered to own feature delivery and support broader Salesforce initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that address stakeholder needs through ongoing discovery
- Support the collection of user research and business process mapping to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on valuable product features
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and contribute to key initiatives
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall platform experience
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Act as a scrum master to coordinate sprint activities for the delivery team
- Coordinate and participate in peer and business testing to ensure new solutions meet requirements and are ready for production rollout
- Support and train end-users to drive adoption and maximize platform capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with broader Salesforce initiatives and improvements
- Participate in release and change management activities, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk, controls, and regulatory standards
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development life cycle
- Configure complex reports and dashboards to enhance service operations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Previous experience with the Salesforce platform, ideally as an Administrator or Consultant, including reporting and dashboards, standard data model and object relationships, security model, sales and service cloud capabilities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Excellent understanding of standard Salesforce object relationships, including unique ones such as Person Accounts, Activities, Opportunities
- Excellent understanding of the standard Salesforce sharing model, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and permission sets
