Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, applying product thinking to ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications using Playwright and Appium.
- Develop robust and scalable automation scripts utilizing Java and TypeScript.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid deployment.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar software testing role within an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated product thinking mindset with a strong focus on end-user value and quality.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, specifically Playwright for web and Appium for mobile testing.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting, with strong hands-on experience in Java and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
