- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Create and execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration test suites.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality insights.
- Perform basic performance and load testing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern UI automation framework:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Playwright
- Cypress
- WebdriverIO
- Strong understanding of automation framework design and maintenance.
- Experience implementing Page Object Model (POM) or similar design patterns.
- Experience automating REST API testing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Playwright API, or similar.
- Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, and JSON validation.
- Experience testing web applications.
- Basic exposure to mobile automation using Appium or similar tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Java
- Python
- Good understanding of OOP concepts.
- Basic hands-on experience with JMeter for load and performance testing.
- Ability to analyze performance reports and identify bottlenecks.
