The Roblox Developer Relations team seeks a passionate Roblox enthusiast to join its Creator Feedback team as a contractor. In this role, you will act as a liaison between developers, creators, and Roblox, supporting initiatives to address creator challenges and advocating for their needs.
This is a six-month, part-time contract position with the possibility of extension. This role is fully remote.
You Will:
- Gain a deep understanding of the creator community and their needs.
- Schedule, attend, and take detailed notes during product meetings with developers.
- Document creator feedback according to established team processes, and strive to develop new and improved processes.
- Advocate for the needs and concerns of the community to the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Collaborate with Feedback team leads to ensure prioritized triage of internal requests.
You Have:
- A deep understanding of Roblox and its community dynamics.
- Proficiency in Roblox Studio.
- Familiarity with community processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in writing.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to this position.
Hourly Pay Range
$20—$36 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
